Registration is not a review
The FDA’s September 9 clarification says it does not provide certificates verifying cosmetic facility registration or product listing compliance. Read registration claims within that limited regulatory context. They should not be used as a shortcut for deciding whether a product will suit your routine. A document, badge or confident social caption is not a substitute for understanding what the claim actually establishes.
Ask what you can observe
For a complexion product, your own useful questions might concern finish, shade range, transfer, comfort and how it sits with products you already use.
